II began my career in Milan, studying International Business while working in executive search for luxury houses including Louis Vuitton and Loro Piana.
After graduating, I moved to London and spent over a decade inside some of the world's most ambitious founder-led companies — including FAANG, Stripe and VC-backed scale-ups — leading people strategy, culture, talent, and organisational development through periods of intense growth and pressure.
