I began my career in Milan, studying International Business while working in executive search for luxury houses including Louis Vuitton, Loro Piana, and Prada.

Those early years taught me an enduring lesson: even the most elegant brands often hide internal leadership chaos.

After graduating, I moved to London and spent over a decade inside some of the world’s most ambitious founder-led companies, leading people strategy, culture, talent, and organisational development through periods of intense growth and pressure.

Alongside this, I learned from operators, coaches, and founders who were redefining modern leadership, performance, and resilience under sustained demand.

I have seen excellence up close.

I have also seen the avoidable mistakes that quietly cost companies millions: mis-hiring, unclear operating systems, reactive leadership, emotional overload, restructures, and high-stakes turnarounds.

In parallel, I became a founder, advisor to venture-backed companies, investor, and lifelong student of human performance and organisational behaviour.

My work today blends leadership psychology, organisational clarity, and operating rhythm to help founders and leaders navigate complexity with steadiness and intent.
